About Us
Read MoreSandy and Pierre met in Nice in 2015. From this meeting came a strong desire for a life change for both of them, leading them to embark on a hotel project together.
In 2018, their life plan materialized with the acquisition of the Alcôve Hôtel. The duo they form in life is mirrored in their work, where each brings their own skills and personal experiences to the table.
From the blend of these two complementary profiles, the Alcôve Hôtel was born.
In 2022, a desire for something new led to the creation of their first apartment hotel: Nice Home Studio Lido.
With a journey full of ambition, L'App-Art came into being. Showcasing a very different style from the other two, you will discover themed studios. The atmosphere of each studio conveys adventures experienced by Sandy and Pierre, such as the "Africa" themed rooms with paintings from their trip to Tanzania.
